某公司国外进口VOLCLAY公司的铸造膨润土、膨润土干燥剂，因该北京公司拖欠港口仓库费用，现委托我中国非金属矿国际网站(WWW.CHINAIM.COM.CN)进行处理：

　　1． 膨润土，大包，经我们询问原进口公司人员，系铸造用膨润土，目前我们正在对货物进行化验分析；

　　2． 膨润土干燥剂DB101，1-4MM，按美国军用标准MIL-D3464E生产，符合中国军用标准GJB2714-96，小包装，系用于替代细孔硅胶的矿物干燥剂，性能优于后者。

　　3． 另在仓库中发现美国来样CETCO DRILLING PRODUCTS, Shore Pac GCV, 包装 7.5lbs/3.4kg/小桶, 经查系一种粉末性水融性聚合物,用于地质工程钻井、掘进、成墙施工。此样品少量，英文说明为：

　　GCV

　　- Stabilizes the excavation;

　　Creates high viscosities.

　　- Easily reusable,

　　Readily degradable,

　　- Can be mixed directly in the hole/excavation.

　　Maximizes frictional load bearing.

　　- Improves soil cohesion for repid removal of spoil.

　　- Non-toxic, non-hazardous.

　　Note: Mix water for Shore Pac GCV should have a PH between 8-10, Reduce total hardness of make-up water by pre-treating with soda ash (sodium carbonate) at 1/2 lb. per 100 gallons of mix water.

　　In applications where brackish,salt or sea water contaminates slurry or is used in slurry make-up, GCV dosage should be increased.

　　Mixing and Application:

　　Shore Pac GCV polymer is mixed with water at dosage rates ranging from 0.3 to 1.1 kilo per cubic meter (2.4 to 9.0 pounds per 1000 gallons, or 0.5 to 1.9 pounds per cubic yard) for most applications. Higher dosage rates are used to stabilize loose or coarse granular soils to excavate in sea water environments.
